Shipping

Typically, we will process orders within one to three (1 to 3) business days. During a busy holiday season, it may take three to five (3 to 5) business days to process the orders. Standard shipping takes usually 7-10 business days for delivery.

Returns

Returns will be reviewed on a per case basis. It is under the discretion of the Company to refund, exchange, or accept returned goods. The return date window must be within 7 days of the receipt date of the product.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.
